Years away from human civilization, The Old Growth lands are wild and unruly, free and unkept. Fields of the most delicate flowers race over many miles of land, completely at ease it such a natural place. However, even though the human race hadn’t begun to thrive, the land of Old Growth does have a touch of anarchy spreading . You see, the rulers of the land found a glitch in their system. A flaw in the governing law…each other.
The Wolves of Old Growth have for centuries been under the rule of one large pack. The pack dominated the mountains, the forests, the meadows, and the rolling hills. For so long all the wolves in the land had lived as one. However, many, many winters ago, a great disagreement between the leaders broke out. The four leaders had always had gone head to head with one another, even the previous leaders where the same. But, this argument was different. The code in which the Old Growth pack went by had been broken when each leading wolf had secretly decided to take on the pack with everyone under neath him. Of course, as soon as each leader found out about his brothers plot, Denali, Squon, Aleut, and Yakamalt could never trust each other again.
Of course, when the four leaders where planning their own rise to the top, they had gained followers. Promising territory, food, and a rise in ranks, the four leaders had gained individual wolves at their sides, and turned them against the other pack leaders. Within a small window of time, a race for territory began. Denali was the first of the four leaders to claim a great amount of land for himself and the wolves that followed him. Squon had also been quick in claiming the forest region for his packs rein. But, Aleut and Yakamalt where still in the race, battling each other for the rip piece of land that was settled just outside the forest with the mountains looking over it, and the meadows juts on it's other side. Being the oldest of the four leaders, Yakamalt wasn't as fast and agile as the three younger leaders. His fur was white around his muzzle, eyes, and the base of his ears, and he was now a bit wobbly on his feet. But, that didn't stop him from trying. In the end however, it was the younger Aleut who claimed the territory he desired, and with that, Yakamalt was left within the meadows, close to the bad lands.
Now, winters later, the battle for claiming the most territory continues. Each pack has land of it's own but, that won't the alphas from trying and taking the others land away. The packs are setup with a new generation of wolves now, but each alpha strives for what his fathers wanted. To become the one and only leader for a pack as large as the land.
Who will you fight for?
