Full Name: Winifred "Franki Cavanaugh Acted By: Ryan Newman First Appearance: "Something In the Water" Born: 2000s Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Cavanaugh Siblings: Kirk? Spouse: None Children: None Type: Witch? Powers: Unknown Personal Trivia: Although her name is Winifred, she goes by Franki and refuses to explain the nickname, even if someone actually asked. She mentions a brother named Kirk, but later claims to be an only child other than an older brother who died before birth. In fact she claims no family, but mentions an aunt as well. Her parents are deceased, according to her, but with so much misinformation, can what she says really be trusted? She is a descendant of Kirkland Owens, a witch from Duxbury, through his many greats-granddaughter, Suzannah Williams. Her voice is oddly lyrical even when she's annoyed and her eyes are purple. A little older than Ladybug, she looks younger than Hank, maybe around Pat's age. Attachments:

Usually the short form for "Winifred" is Freddy or Fred (like Amy Acker's character on Buffy).

If you'd read "Something In the Water", you would know that Franki isn't short for Winifred. Have you read any of the stories that are the focal point of this site, yet?

I know that. I was just making a general comment on the usual short forms for Winifred. No offense was intended.
And, yes, I am planning to read the stories, when time permits. And I will comment on what I think of them afterwards.

Gotcha. It is indeed an unusual nickname for Winifred (not a short form, since it's not derived from that).
And I see that you are reading them. It's interesting to see what you think of them.

Yep.
I see you've broken the episodes up into segments. I'm guessing the end of each segment represents a commercial break.
