ES: YAY! Got another reply for you, phoebeville , this time from one of the writers, Summer. PVILLE: This has to be about Paige and Peyton. SUMMER: Yup! PVILLE: I'm glad she is back at work, and really hope this case helps her. SUMMER: We figured we had to do a story on her, after her adjusting back to normal. So glad we did this one. PVILLE: Good job Paige. If you may not be able to save Peyton, save an innocent. SUMMER: PVILLE: No Paige don't. But, I agree it hits close to home, that Patience and Prudence are right to worry. SUMMER: It is a stressful time. PVILLE: I really liked this one. SUMMER: I'm really glad you enjoyed it.

Esmeralda, your sig pic and avatar are gone.
Of course, it's Photosuckit.

No, they're both here. The line across them don't bother me. If they bother you, that's your problem, not mine.

They're back now. But they were gone a few hours ago.
Why are you still using Photosuckit, that's what baffles me. I dropped them when they tried to extort money from me to host my pics, a few years ago, and never looked back.
And you don't need Photosuckit to store your avatar pic. You can host it right here on Charmed Heritage, like I do with mine (the picture is of Tatiana, my cat).

ES: phoebeville , I've got a few replies to your replies from Team Charmed Cafe. I was waiting, hoping more members would reply, but this is it right now. If anyone else does, I'll pass them on. (Reminding you again that GC is Granny Charmed, DC is Daughter Charmed and GDC is Grandaughter Charmed, with Granny having the account, so she plays secretary
PVILLE: I love them three, so nice to have family who also loves the show can watch together, especially three generations. I can't help but think of Grams, Patty and Phoebe when I think of them now. PVILLE: This has to be about Paige and Peyton. PVILLE: I'm glad she is back at work, and really hope this case helps her. PVILLE: Good job Paige. If you may not be able to save Peyton, save an innocent. PVILLE: No Paige don't. But, I agree it hits close to home, that Patience and Prudence are right to worry. PVILLE: I really liked this one. GDC: So glad you enjoyed this episode. Wasn't it such a fun episode to do with Paige? DC: It really was. I’m so glad you liked it, PVille. GC: Summer and Pheebs did a great job. I loved this one, perfect for Paige as she settles back into her life after being a warlock. I also really loved this innocent of the week plot.
PVILLE: GC, DC and GDC appreciate the feedback guys. I really did love this one, you guys so rock when you write stories with innocents. I barely remember the reboot and fake Charmed rip-off with the little I saw of it, doing anything as great as you guys.
SASHA: PVille, always enjoy your reviews. Didn't they really do a good job here? It was so much fun, I'm glad you liked what we did here. I'm sure glad we were able to make the Warrens jobs play a big part in the series and the plotlines and innocents they need to be saved. PVILLE: I sure have Sasha. Thanks for your reply. I really have loved it. RUTH MARIE: PVille, I'm smiling that you are enjoying these. I just love what Pheebs and Summer did with this arc. I loved how well they managed to make a Paige-centric episodes, had her dealing with the fallout from Peyton and being a warlock, and found a way to tie it into a new wonderful story with saving an innocent. Can't wait to see what you think of the final episodes.PVILLE: Hi Ruth Marie, thanks for your reply. I loved this Paige-centric episode. ES: YAY! Got another reply for you, phoebeville , this time from one of the writers, Summer. PVILLE: This has to be about Paige and Peyton. SUMMER: Yup! So proud of you two, and so excited when I can to read more.

PVILLE: A Prudence centric episode, and I like that it is someone she used to know. But, Prudence and Gloria still have issues. I see she sets it aside because she has cancer. But, I already don't trust Gloria. PVILLE: Prudence, what have you done to her Gloria. PVILLE: Omg, Prudence. I'm so scared for her. PVILLE: So glad they can find time to do their tradition, so glad you guys keep up with continuity, and remember this important thing they did going back to season 1.
That old antique shop is a nice nod to Ghost Whisperer. PVILLE: Love this power switching spell, and again a nice nod to Canon Phoebe having that power of course. PVILLE: Only know, you are having second thoughts Gloria. Oh no, Gloria you have gotten yourself into big trouble, I sure hope you don't lose your daughter. So Gloria didn't know Prudence was a witch until now.
PVILLE: Good job guys, you got rid of that spirit, now save Piper. PVILLE: No, it's a trap. PVILLE: Don't blame you Prudence, Gloria betrayed you again. PVILLE: Fun story, and sure hope Prudence never wants to see Gloria again, regardless if her health is bad. I like the nods to Ghost Whisperer and Phoebe having premonitions was nice, and the continuity from past EC episodes.
PVILLE: I'm sure that is Peyton. PVILLE: So happy you two are engaged, and so glad they agreed to not wed until they deal with Andrea and Peyton. PVILLE: Oh, that is very clever, bet they fool some of the Warrens.
I enjoyed reading EC again, has been a while. I can't believe I only have five episodes left.

They should do a crossover

No. EC takes place from 2018 to 2022. "Ghost Whisperer" took place from 2005-2010. Yes, you could do a virtual crossover but it wouldn't feel real. It's important to Team Charmed Cafe to make our virtual series feel real.

PVILLE: A Prudence-centric episode, and I like that it is someone she used to know. But Prudence and Gloria still have issues. I see she sets it aside because she has cancer. But I already don't trust Gloria. ES: Hehehehe! You're definitely catching on!!! PVILLE: Prudence! What have you done to her, Gloria? ES: PVILLE: Omg, Prudence. I'm so scared for her. ES: I sure was when I read this! PVILLE: So glad they can find time to do their tradition, so glad you guys keep up with continuity, and remember this important thing they did going back to season 1.
ES: It was important to Sasha. She brought it up whenever she could.
----------------- PVILLE: That old antique shop is a nice nod to Ghost Whisperer. ES: I don't think it was meant to be. No one ever mentioned GW when we were brainstorming it. They just wanted/needed an antique shop. PVILLE: Love this power switching spell, and again a nice nod to Canon Phoebe having that power of course. ES: Oh, that's definitely a nod to Canon Charmed and I got a giggle that Phoebe finally gets to experience premonitions! PVILLE: Only know you are having second thoughts, Gloria. Oh no, Gloria, you have gotten yourself into big trouble! I sure hope you don't lose your daughter! So Gloria didn't know Prudence was a witch until now.
ES: Nope. Gloria is truly an innocent bystander. PVILLE: Good job guys, you got rid of that spirit, now save Piper. ES: PVILLE: No, it's a trap. ES: You know EC's writers too well! PVILLE: Don't blame you, Prudence, Gloria betrayed you again. ES: Yup - without meaning to. I blame the demoness! PVILLE: Fun story, and sure hope Prudence never wants to see Gloria again, regardless if her health is bad. I like the nods to Ghost Whisperer and Phoebe having premonitions was nice, and the continuity from past EC episodes.
ES: Honestly, now that I've reread the episode, I *am* wondering how much GW inspired this episode without us being aware of it. There's some definite similarities, but it might just be serendipity. PVILLE: I'm sure that is Peyton.
ES: Hehehehe, who else could it be? Does it seem strange reading about this Peyton again after reading about two other Peyton's - our Inspector Peyton, Saturday's half-demon half-sister Peyton and now Paige's daughter? Of course, Paige's daughter is the inspiration for CCDOW's Peyton's name. PVILLE: So happy you two are engaged, and so glad they agreed to not wed until they deal with Andrea and Peyton. ES: And this is the first time any of the Warrens have been engaged...SOOOO different than Classic Charmed! PVILLE: Oh, that is very clever, bet they fool some of the Warrens.
ES: I'll bet she fools ALL of the Warrens!!!
-------------- PVILLE: I enjoyed reading EC again, has been a while. I can't believe I only have five episodes left.
ES: And I've enjoyed rereading it and getting to read your comments on it again! I'm glad I'll have some reviews to share with Team Charmed Cafe on the 14th! You may even be done by then!

Ah well, I suppose it really doesn't matter now anyway. Summer told me, some time back, that this series has ended.

PVILLE: I can't wait to read and reply to your comments Esmeralda on this and CCDOW thread. But going to be busy today on Labor Day, and rather keep reading the next episodes, and then comment on the other stuff later on.
PVILLE: Love the title. PVILLE: Oh, wow that is bad news. But, I shouldn't be surprised this is happening as we get to the end of the series, what I'm surprised about is what the old coven wants to do, didn't see that coming as a plot. PVILLE: PVILLE: No Warrens, but this is more scarier than the How to Make a Quilt episode, I don't care for. PVILLE: Fitting title given what has happened to the Warrens. PVILLE: That tagline, makes me think the powers they stole, will have side effects.
So, glad they haven't got Spirit yet, that gives the Warrens hope, Prudence's powers will be key to setting things right.
PVILLE: Not surprised, it comes with these problems, they are not born with that control.
But, this is such a bad thing, the whole world is in trouble, if they don't. Oh, this really sets up the last three episodes so shocking, and good.
PVILLE: Great job guys, I really enjoyed these episodes. So much build-up as we near the final episodes.
Three more episodes left.

PVILLE: Title is fitting given the events of last episode.
PVILLE: YAY, good they have their powers back, I didn't expect things to be perfect, come on, the coven who are now warlocks are going to strike back big.
PVILLE: Smart warlocks, love how they do this, and ruin their lives, and your series really let their personal lives, jobs etc. be so important, so this is really is great to see them striking back this way.
PVILLE: So glad you guys figured that out, but now I'm worried for Andrea, she is a very important recurring character. But this must be a tough decision they'll have to make.

They did this a few times on the canon show, using the legal system to attack the sisters.
Rex in Wicca Envy and Cole in The Importance Of Being Phoebe come to mind here.

Really excited to read more EC this weekend with just two more to go. Contemplating if I'll read both or read one this week and then the next. As want a bit of a gap between both to think what might happen in the finale which I'll bet is totally different than what will happen. We'll see. Also wanting to drag the series out longer. I've loved this series so much.

As want a bit of a gap between both to think what might happen in the finale which I'll bet is totally different than what will happen. We'll see. Also wanting to drag the series out longer. I've loved this series so much. LOL, I understand totally, PVille - if it were me, I would've skimmed through the whole last season so I'd find out what happened and then slowly go through them. I'm the type who ALWAYS reads the last chapter of a book first, especially mysteries. So I give you plenty of credit for being able to not sneak a peek at the ones remaining! If you want to read one this week and then the finale next week, that would be great! And then a bit how I gave you a treat after you finished CCDOW-Sunday's S1 by giving you CCDOW-Saturday's S2 finale, I can do the same for you for EC. Halfway through writing EC, I decided to do my own version of our then-series, making it only 2 1/2 seasons rather than 4 1/2, while also having fun both casting (remembering that this would be in the 2010s rather than the 1990s/2000s, so, for example, the actress who played Young Prue in 'That Seventies Episode' plays Piper Warren, the one who played Little Piper plays Phoebe Warren, and the one who played Young Andy plays Matthew Tate. I also let Jennifer play Prudence, Finola play Patience and Alyssa play Paige (no way I'd want Rose since Paige Warren isn't a ditzy Valley Girl like Paige Matthews) while still letting Shannen and Holly play Jenna and Mary Ann. I also had fun deciding which one of our writers: Sheryl, Chris & Zach or Paul would write which episode. I pretty much stuck to the same plotline as EC - just skipped the long story arcs which were not written at the time I wrote mine), so unless you want to read it, I'm not going to post it. BUT I did do the last couple of episodes differently (they hadn't been written at the time I wrote mine). including an ending which the other members didn't like, which is why they changed it to the one you'll now read. So after you read the "canon" ending of EC, I'll leave it up to you to decide if you want to read my alternate ending or not.

PVILLE: Love this title, but also scared for my Warrens. PVILLE: Oh, a big change for Patience, but I like that they want to make changes. I also wonder if Phoebe is graduating college soon. PVILLE: Oh yes, she sure can handle all the powers for herself. But, I'm really nervous. So love that the date is the one this fantasy series airs in real time. PVILLE: Sorry Paige, but Peyton may be a lost cause. PVILLE: OMG, Prudence. PVILE: PVILLE: OMG!! Prudence, is dying. I'm so upset, first time anyone died. What a powerful scene. PVILLE: She does regret it a little, I do wonder if she can be saved, but I truly don't think so, Prudence is dead, no coming back from that. PVILLE: Oh, now what will they do, this really sets up the finale so well. PVILLE: OMG! WHAT A CLIFFHANGER. I'M SO SHOCKED! That was fantastic as the one leading into the series finale. Is Prudence really dead, I think so sadly I can't believe it, one more to go. My predictions for the finale: *They'll get their powers back and Peyton will see the light. But, she won't stay and go back to the afterlife. *Prudence may be brought back, although I hope she won't.

ES: Your friend is probably like me - knowing what's going to happen makes it more fun as I look for all of the clues as to why it ends up being that person. It also helps me from getting too scared - that's what would make me stop reading. The fun of being this way means I can re-read a book over and over and over and still enjoy it, even if I know what the ending's going to be. But I know most people are like you who would stop reading if they figured out the ending. PVILLE: Love this title, but also scared for my Warrens. ES: I love that it reflects our first episode: 'House of the Rising Warrens' like what SHOULD'VE been Canon Charmed's finale: 'Something Wicca This Way Goes' reflected its series premiere: 'Something Wicca This Way Comes'. PVILLE: Oh, a big change for Patience, but I like that they want to make changes. I also wonder if Phoebe is graduating college soon. ES: You're right - she must be close. PVILLE: Oh yes, she sure can handle all the powers for herself. But, , I'm really nervous. So love that the date is the one this fantasy series airs in real time. ES: And I guess I don't since the fantasy world is usually a few years or so behind the real world. Although they didn't say which year, so it could be an earlier year. PVILLE: Sorry, Paige, but Peyton may be a lost cause. ES: May??? PVILLE: OMG, Prudence. ES: PVILE: ES: PVILLE: OMG!! Prudence, is dying. I'm so upset, first time anyone died. ES: And that just makes it have a larger impact, doesn't it? It seems like everyone on Charmed kept dying and coming back that when Phoebe and Paige died in 'Kill Billie Vol. 2', I YAWNED, because I knew they wouldn't stay dead - PIPER knew, for Pete's sake! That's why I was bored through most of 'Forever Crap'. -------------- PVILLE: What a powerful scene. ES: SOOO glad you like it! PVILLE: She does regret it a little, I do wonder if she can be saved, but I truly don't think so. Prudence is dead, no coming back from that. ES: Yup. Unlike Classic Charmed, dead is dead! PVILLE: Oh, now what will they do? This really sets up the finale so well. ES: So glad you think so! Something tells me you'll like their finale better than mine! PVILLE: OMG! WHAT A CLIFFHANGER! I'M SO SHOCKED! That was fantastic as the one leading into the series finale. Is Prudence really dead? I think so sadly ES: Yup, she's dead. And even if she wasn't, remember that incurable disease that she has. That's why I love that she was willing to sacrifice herself so Patience could live. ------------- PVILLE: I can't believe it, one more to go. ES: Amazing, isn't it? ------------- PVILLE: My predictions for the finale: *They'll get their powers back and Peyton will see the light. But Prudence won't stay and go back to the afterlife. *Prudence may be brought back, although I hope she won't. ES: Interesting...now for sure I want to see what your reaction to both their finale and my finale will be!

Yeah, it did get silly in the Classic show after a while. The Angel Of Death having to truck them back and forth all the time.
Angel Of Death: Oh bloody hell, not you lot again

PVILLE: Here I am, what a ride. The final episode.
And so love that this as a title, perfectly fitting given the title with the first episode.
PVILLE: Love that the series ends after 100 episodes, and it is a 90-minute one. I SO don't see the reboot reaching 100 episodes.
Ah, Prudence, so happy to know she can help her family, and yes even in death she can help her family out. After all, she has the spirit element.
PVILLE: So hope they save Andrea, I feel so bad for her being poessessed this long.
Paige, I sure know how hard this is for her, but she knows what must be done.
PVILLE: Peyton might be the light, I predicted this after I finished last episode, will it be true.
Very interested to see what happens now.
PVILLE: Oh, Peyton good save, Imagine if they lost another Warren. PVILLE: PVILLE: Very smart idea, bind their powers. PVILLE: Sadly it had to be done. PVILLE: PVILLE: YAY!!! So happy you guys are all okay, and Andrea. PVILLE: Oh Prudence's funeral, but so happy that Piper and Matthew can finally get married, and love that it is Valentines Day. PVILLE: So beautiful. PVILLE: YAY!!! PVILLE: So happy that Prudence will always be around to guide even in death. PVILLE: PVILLE: That's so sweet, and I loved the flashbacks. And, liked that Andrea remembers her own past too. PVILLE: PVILLE: So happy for you guys.
PVILLE: Well done guys writing this finale.
I had so much fun reading EC. And, loved how you ended it with the wedding.
Now, time to read Es' version, so I'm not quite done yet.
